We are not liable for any loss — direct or indirect — arising from your use of the game, including data loss, device issues, or interrupted sessions during tournaments.

Intellectual Property

All game assets, fish behavior models, map designs, code, and branding on www.codeair.in are the exclusive intellectual property of CodeAir. No content may be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to any user under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim. Free users have no monetary claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The game may link to or integrate third-party leaderboard and payment services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those services.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity under your account — including in-game purchases — is your responsibility unless you report a breach promptly.

Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon deletion, your gameplay data and leaderboard entries are permanently removed within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of www.codeair.in after a change is posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users via email of material changes.
