Data We Collect

When you play on www.codeair.in, we collect gameplay data — catch records, session duration, species caught, and leaderboard scores. We use this to improve fish AI and game balance.

If you register an account, we collect your email address and username. We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address unless you contact us directly.

How We Use Your Data

Gameplay data improves our ice fishing simulator's fish behavior models. Email addresses are used only for account management and, with your consent, product update notifications.

Cookies

www.codeair.in uses session cookies to keep you logged in during gameplay. We also use analytics cookies to understand which game features players use most — no advertising cookies.

You can block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking session cookies will prevent login functionality. Analytics cookies can be declined via our cookie banner without affecting gameplay.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Leaderboard usernames are publicly visible by design. We share anonymised aggregate gameplay statistics with our fisheries conservation partners.

Data Security

All data transmitted to and from www.codeair.in is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we cannot read your password and neither can our staff.

We conduct security reviews quarterly. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Submit a request to info@www.codeair.in and we will respond within 5 business days.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for performance. Both have their own privacy policies. We do not pass gameplay data to either provider.

Data Retention

Active account data is retained while your account exists. Deleted accounts are fully purged within 30 days. Anonymous gameplay analytics are retained for up to 24 months.

Policy Changes

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify registered users by email and update the 'last updated' date above. Continued use indicates acceptance.
